  • Chanting of the Karaniya Metta Sutta

24hr Metta is organised by Buddhist Missionary Society Malaysia.

Volunteers are needed to help clear accumulated dry wood to reduce bushfire risk within Aloka’s grounds.

Please RSVP by Wed 3 Dec to facilitate lunch arrangements on the day.

What to bring:
– sturdy, closed shoes or work boots (NO slippers, thongs)
– thick gloves (if you have some)
– long sleeves to protect your arms
– hat, sunscreen & water bottle

All-night chanting in the Stupa from 7pm – 7am, dedicated to:

  • Those who are unwell
  • Departed ones
  • World peace
