Join us for Sunday morning practice, a quiet and reflective space before the start of a new week.
Session includes chanting, meditation and Dhamma teachings, suitable for both beginners and practitioners.

The Online Metta Circle connects like-minded Dhamma friends virtually via Zoom. Session includes chanting, meditation and recorded Dhamma teaching.
Ideal for those who are unable to come to Aloka on Sunday mornings, who live in regional areas or interstate, or who simply wish to join regular Dhamma practice from home.
