Aloka is able to realise its mission only with the generous support of the community.
Most Dhamma activities are offered for free.
We do not receive government or public funding for our activities. You can support Aloka by taking part in our activities, volunteering your services or contributing in the following ways:
Provide specific items as required from time to time, such as the offering of food (e.g. lunch dana), groceries, or make a contribution to our “Dana Fund” to assist in the upkeep of the centre.
Give your time and energy to assist in the general maintenance of Aloka. From working in the garden, to building maintenance or providing transport, we would be delighted to hear from you.
We greatly appreciate contributions from people with specialist skills as needed from time to time. These include tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc), engineers, architects, designers, and medical & health practitioners. If you would like to contribute in this area, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
